In the event of needing to make a claim, you will find our in-house claims team helpful, honest and knowledgeable.

At Plester Group, we provide a fast, efficient claims service and are committed to providing the highest standards of customer care, ensuring we handle your claim effectively from start to finish and deliver a favourable result.

With many years’ experience handling claims and dealing with all leading insurers, we have formed strong relationships which allows us to process your claim quickly, seeing it through to a satisfactory conclusion and achieving a speedy settlement.

We will ensure the claims process runs as smoothly as possible, with minimal disruption to yourself. From the very beginning of the journey, we will ensure you are kept up to speed and have the support you require.

And remember, we are an independent broker which means in the event of a claim, we will always put you first.

If you are a Plester Group personal motor client and you have opted to take out our optional Motor Legal Protection please contact BD Elite on 01204 567567. This service is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

We will handle your claim for you all the way, liaising with insurers and working towards a satisfactory settlement as quickly as possible.

If you need to file a claim, please contact us as quickly as possible, as any delay may affect your claim or result in further loss or damage.

For outside of normal office hours and to contact your Insurer directly we would refer you to your policy booklet for the relevant claim helpline number.
